The ability to be still and silent is available to everyone. Fortunately for us, we need only decide to do this and nothing else is required. Quiet time is a gift we give to ourself, a chance to honour our state of being. Give yourself now, permission to access your inner reservoir of peace.

 
Breathe, be calm, be confident, and don’t worry about thinking.... just be as you are. Your guide is excited to meet you.

Before you begin

Make yourself comfortable and if possible, close your eyes or cast your gaze downwards. Relax and breathe in and out through your nose to a count of 4 seconds in and out; lengthen the breath count if you can so that you are breathing from your lower abdomen.

Once you are comfortable with a breathing pattern, begin playing the audio file.
