Inner relationship

The ability to be still and silent is available to everyone. Fortunately for us, we need only decide to do this and nothing else is required. Quiet time is a gift we give to ourself, a chance to honour our state of being. Give yourself now, permission to access your inner reservoir of peace.

A regular breathing and still time practise is a wonderful way to retune to our true self.

I am me

Follow your breathing and begin to breathe deeply in and out through your nose to a count of 4 seconds in/out. Once you have established a comfortable rhythm then you can start to play the audio file. If possible and safe, keep your eyes closed to minimise distractions or maintain a relaxed downward gaze.
